3dverse is a cloud-native, real-time 3D operating system built to turn industrial data into an operational tool. It is not a visualization layer—it is where data from MES, ERP, PLCs, and IoT systems is unified, contextualized, and acted on in real time.

At MMTS 2026, we will showcase Hypervision, our operational use case for manufacturing environments. Hypervision consolidates data across systems into a live 3D environment, allowing teams to monitor production, detect incidents, and understand system-wide impacts as they happen.

What differentiates this approach is the ability to connect past, present, and future operations in a single environment:

Past: access to historical production data and incident logs to identify recurring issues
Present: real-time visibility into production status, equipment health, and ongoing events
Future: integration with simulation and planning tools to test scenarios and anticipate outcomes

By streaming interactive 3D through a browser, 3dverse removes hardware constraints and enables access across teams and sites. The focus is on execution: reducing time to diagnose production stops, improving coordination between operations and maintenance, and enabling faster, data-driven decisions on the shop floor.
